  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
  1. Remove husks and silk from the corn. Wash and pat dry.
  2. Microwave for 2 minutes, then let cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut into riblets by slicing vertically down the center of each ear.
  4. Brush olive oil mixed with taco seasoning onto each riblet.
  5. Air fry at 385 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning, and lime juice in a bowl.
  7. Top cooked riblets with cotija cheese, lime juice, and sauce. Enjoy!
