  • 0.25 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbs olive oil (for brushing)
  • 3 tbs ketchup
  • 6 tbs mayo
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder

Equipment

  • baking dish

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 420℉. Spray or brush your 7x11 baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, pepper, parsley, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. Evenly divide the meat mixture amongst the tortillas. Thinly spread it out with your fingers to reach the edge of each tortilla as best as you can. Roll them tightly and then cut them into 2½ inch long rolls. Place the rolls onto the baking dish meat cut side up and lightly brush with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and pop back in the oven until melted. You may want to broil them at the end for 2-3 minutes, make sure you watch them during this time.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together the ketchup, mayo, garlic powder and salt until smooth. Serve sauce with roll ups.
