  • 1 cup whipped topping

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a jelly roll pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cocoa powder.
  3. Separate the eggs and add the egg yolks and vanilla to the dry ingredients, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the batter.
  5. Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Once baked, turn the cake onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar.
  7. Roll the cake in the towel and let it cool completely.
  8. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold in the whipped topping.
  9. Unroll the cooled cake, spread with whipped cream mixture, top with berries, and roll again.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
