- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pineapple and sugar, then mix well.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Layer the pineapple mix at the bottom of a baking dish, followed by the whipped cream layer.
- Top with the graham cracker mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
